1. Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job

 

 

  • Under Deliver Process Deployment and Performance management frame work, core responsibility and objective of this job is as following
  • Assess the current state of warehouse maturity, analyze the gap and implement standard processes
  • Lead Warehouse Management System (WMS) project for Raw, Pack and FG warehouses in assigned area (expanding to multi-BU and Multi-Country)
  • Establish and run warehouse performance management, including 3PL, internal stake holder interface at local sites, and measurement of productivity outputs.
  • Implement, run and publish warehouse pillar MDI for allocated RM, PM and FG warehouse. Implement global warehouse policies – such as capacity, cost management, inventory policy etc.
  • Data-analysis – run data analysis on key performance parameters of warehouse pillar – SQCPD and provide actionable insights to site operations team and management for implementing Improvement Projects
  • Support in Master data management – warehouse location data management, capacity management.
  • Key interface with IM architects, process coaches and IM project managers to jointly assess, formulate and implement WMS projects.
  • Key stakeholder in building Continuos improvement pipeline/opportunities.

 

 

 

2. Responsibilities

 

 

Warehouse Process manager

  • Warehouse process deployment projects
  • WMS projects for allocated RM, PM, FG sites, expected to run multiple simultaneous such projects
  • Responsible for maintain warehouse database with right attributes in assigned geography.
  • Measure, report and improve on warehouse performance – LSP, Throughput, Productivity
  • Contribute in identifying and support execution of continuous improvement (CI) through warehouse process deployment, productivity improvement and performance management.
  • Maintain, monitor and publish service performance reports
  • Support in deployment of required digital application including change management / adoption incl training.

 

     

   Key Performance Indicators:

  • On time delivery of Warehouse Process projects (WMS, MDI etc)
  • Service, quality, cost & productivity & (per operation, country and BU) incl deviations (waterfalls) for warehouse pillar
  • Adherence to standard warehouse process element (measured through quarterly reporting)
  • Adherence of Logistics elements in Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Deliver successful improvement projects to generate ANT as per target

  1. Suggest and contribute in CI opportunities and pipeline
  2. Site project management
  3. Performance reporting

6. Job Requirements

 

Essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and requested skills.

 

The successful applicant should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Graduate engineer with experience in supply chain and warehouse solution design, degree in SCM or related field preferred.
  • Experience of 5+ years
  • Analytical & strong stakeholder management skills
  • Data science, analytics, modelling, and WMS project experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in Digital applications
  • Project management
