Main purpose:

Provide prompt application support at customers’ end and support commercial teams to increase market share for Coil.

 

Specific tasks:

 

  • Provide high quality technical support to customers.
  • Propose and optimize new processes to improve CTS service level to customers.
  • Responsible for complaint handling cases in CRM with targeted closure rate.
  • Responsible for periodical performance measurement based on pre-defined KPI’s to initiate corrective action and improvement plans
  • Drive people development and capabilities improvement for the team.
  • Work with internal departments (RDI,CS,Sales, Plant) on issues raised by customers
  • Monthly update to internal teams on CTS work activities and gaps to close
  • Collect market insights from CTS team members for internal sharing
  • Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations.
