Job profile 

 

Education

  • Degree Ends Preferably Engineering or related

 

Experience

  • Desirable experience: 3 to 5 years in Quality Management
  • 1-3 years' experience in production, quality control,

 

Knowledge/Skills

  • Knowledge of Painting (Physical Properties and Evaluation Methods)
  • Knowledge of quality, safety and environmental assurance systems, Quality Standards, Safety or Environmental Standards
  • English Language, Conversational Level

 

Main Objectives / Main Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain, ensure and improve compliance with certification programs at Apodaca and Garcia sites
  • Maintain, ensure and improve the Quality Management System
  • Report to Quality Management and Plant Management on the Site's compliance with state, federal and corporate regulations and support them in the development and implementation of the Site's Policy, plans and programs.
  • Lead the execution of the internal and supplier audit plan to ensure compliance with corporate, legal and other standards applicable to the site, as well as the control of corrective actions following up on both the effectiveness of the same and the preventive actions derived from audits
  • Support in the coordination of external, corporate, customer and stakeholder audits, as well as inspection visits by the authorities and ensures the response to the reports derived from them.
  • It is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the improvement actions agreed as a result of external audits of third parties, customers, authorities, as well as internal audits. In the same way, it maintains regular contact with external and internal auditors (including participation in select committees, meetings, projects and congresses).
  • Provide support for the facilitation or efficient management of complaints, corrective and preventive actions, and the presentation of action or improvement plans. Coordinate the activities required to solve 8D, 5W, 5P or whatever is required by customers.

 

  • Lead and be part of the APQP advanced planning and execution team.
  • Participate in the resolution of problems related to quality systems
  • Ensure that the quality and environmental management system complies with the requirements of international standards.
  • Know and apply the company's values of integrity and ethics, as well as the Code of Conduct including the Anti-Bribery Principles and the Global Competition Law, and participate in related trainings in person or online.

Context of the position  

Ensure the implementation and compliance of the quality system, which promotes continuous improvement following the SBU's quality, environmental, safety and hygiene strategy. Ensure compliance with the SBU's Health, Safety and Environment policy, directives and management systems in the assigned area. Coordinate both internal and external complaints to ensure the efficient management of corrective and preventive actions in terms of quality, environmental, safety and hygiene. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and expectations.
