Job Profile:

Education

  • Industrial Engineer, Chemist, Electrical Mechanic, Mechanical Administrator or related

 

Experience

  • Experience of 3 years in lean manufacturing
  • 3 years of experience in project area
  • Teamwork
  • Implementation of lean systems such as 5 ́s, TPM, PM, VSM, VSM Ext.
  • Elimination of the 7 wastes.

 

Skills / Knowledge

  • Analysis and Problem Solving.
  • Development and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple topics at once
  • Technical knowledge in industrial machinery
  • Working under pressure
  • English 90% desirable
  • Basic knowledge of painting.
  • Knowledge of techniques and application of le| an manufacturing
  • Personnel management
  • Process safety knowledge
  • Risk analysis

 

Main Objectives / Main Responsibilities

 

  • Implement processes in the manufacturing area to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Support in the improvement of new equipment and technologies to the manufacturing process.
  • Review and improvement of procedures of Production and Warehouse operation instructions
  • Implementation of new practices and work processes in search of operational excellence.
  • Responsible for compliance with HSE&S requirements in improvement projects for manufacturing processes.
  • Responsible for identifying new critical elements derived from projects or modifications.
  • Implementation of Manufacturing System (ALPS) on site.
  • Report savings and project initiatives on the ANT platform
  • Monitoring of trading indicators
  • Assistance to operational boards and follow-up to action plans
  •  Lean Six Sigma Tool Coach Leader
  • ALPS Training Facilitator
  • Ensure compliance with the quality, safety, health and environmental standards established by AkzoNobel and customers.
  • Know and apply the values of integrity and ethics of the company as well as the Code of Conduct including the Principles against Bribery and the Global Competition Law, and participate in related trainings in person or online.
