JOB PURPOSE

1. Consistently nurture young talent and grow into high potentials for future commercial leaders
2. Strategically strengthen bench strength and talent pipeline in commercial organization
3. Foster cross business learning and development for commercial talent sharing within organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Improve brand influence in market, liaise with management to develop regional sales to achieve the goal of continuous growth
2. Explores and develops the market, following the sales plan and focusing primarily on established key prospects to expand the customer base
3. Obtain customer specifications and customer needs and ensure that our product and service offered comply with customer’s specifications.
4. Assess market conditions and trends, and organize marketing activities to ensure company’s expansion and profitability
5. Under the sales target, well understanding customers’ orders to make sure on-time delivery and account receivable rate.
6. Perform related duties to assist him for achieving company goals on growth, sales, margins, and other indicators.

Requirement

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, overseas education background is preferred
  • Major in Chemical, Marketing, or Business Management Related is preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication skills, Good business acumen
  • Fluent English in written and spoken
  • Passion for sales & marketing and results-orient
