At our site in just outside Gothenburg in Sweden we have sales- and marketing offices for our three business segments: Marine & Protective Coatings, Yacht and Powder Coatings. Our site also manufactures protective coatings for bridges, wind turbines, sport arenas and more. What will you do? 
In the role of Customer Service Representative for International Färg, you will together with your nine colleagues, always ensure to maintain excellent service to our customers in Marine and Protective Coatings for the Nordic region. Your main tasks are: 

 

•    Where appropriate contact agents and make necessary arrangements for delivery to an agent or direct to customers

•    Obtains adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs 

•    Completes registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation

•    Assures cooperation between customer service and field sales force regarding administration of customers’ orders. 

•    Closely cooperates with the logistics function to maintain consistency in approach towards customer service in the organization.

•    Adheres to all applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures regarding personal conduct/HS&E standards and acts in compliance with all regulations

•    To have daily contacts with stakeholders and colleagues in various functions in Europe. To ensure we fulfill our customer orders, on time and in full

 

The position is a temporary role for a duration of 6 months, based at our site just outside Gothenburg. You will report to the Customer Service Manager Nordics
  
Who are you? 
As a person, you like to be in a supportive role where you act as the first contact for our customers to manage various questions. You are a social and service-minded person who always puts the customer in focus. We also believe that you are solution-oriented, patient and have the ability to prioritize among your tasks. You have a flexible attitude to your work and enjoy working in teams. You are also used to work on many topics at the same time. 


Requirements:

•    Fluent in spoken and written Finnish, Swedish, and English, as this is our corporate language.
•    Strong computer skills in, SAP, MS Office, Teams, and Excel, among other software platforms.
