Purpose of the job

    • Support strategic management of key stakeholders in a multidisciplinary team

    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Planning

    • Ensure processes and capabilities for Production, Material, and DRP planners

    • Identify and resolve issues with technical teams and stakeholders

    • Manage a wide supplier base

    • Support capacity management with key stakeholders

    • Lead improvement initiatives with suppliers (cycle time, cost, VMI, consignment, quality)

Key responsibilities

  • Lead process improvements to reduce supply risks and align actions with planning, procurement, suppliers, and manufacturing sites

  • Align and drive projects with COE Global task force and planning teams

  • Lead supply planning projects

  • Provide project inputs to CI Tier and COE Global

  • Coordinate project execution across planning and other areas

  • Support SLA commitments to deliver projects as defined

  • Contribute to SLA agreements to delivery the projects as defined. 

Job requirements

  • Solid experience in the field.

  • Preferred degree in supply chain or engineering major. Certification in APICS (CPIM and CSCP) is desirable 

  • Experienced in Planning Production or Planning Material or Distribution Planning 

  • Experience as an SAP Key User
  • Advanced or Fluent English
    Intermediate Spanish - will be used daily

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model at our unit, located in Mauá/SP (7:30 AM to 5:20 PM)
