Missão do Cargo/ Responsabilidades

Gestão de fundos de clientes: Utilizando controles do sistema (Tradelinks, SAP e Portal de Bônus) e realizando cálculos em Excel, o analista gerenciará os fundos de desconto disponíveis para os clientes.
Ponto focal da equipe de vendas: Servir como o principal contato da equipe de vendas, respondendo a perguntas e resolvendo problemas comerciais relatados.
Monitoramento e gerenciamento de KPI: Acompanhe os indicadores do processo e forneça resultados e insights para áreas relacionadas.
Melhoria contínua de processos: Participe de projetos de melhoria contínua, propondo cenários piloto e modelos de processos mais eficientes.

As responsabilidades adicionais incluem:

Gestão de contratos: Controle e manutenção de contratos de descontos comerciais (DECO, ASC, MPY, COIL, METAL e ADESIVOS).
Propriedade dos sistemas: Atuar como ponto focal para todos os sistemas relacionados a processos (Tradelinks, SAP e o Portal de Bônus).
Suporte: Orientar a equipe comercial e resolver dúvidas relacionadas a processos e sistemas.
Desenvolvimento de processos: Desenvolver e melhorar continuamente os processos internos associados aos descontos.

Requisitos:

Formação completa em Administração Marketing, Sistemas de Informação, Estatística, Ciência da Computação ou qualquer área de Engenharia;

Experiência na área;

Inglês Avançado (Diferencial) - Intermediário (Mandatório);

Conhecimento e uso do SAP.
