You will join an enthusiastic and divers team of 6 colleagues including a Country Manager, 4 Talent Acquisition Partners and a Talent Acquisition Administrator.
 

Your mission in this role is to provide end-to-end recruitment activities for the positions of AkzoNobel in the Netherlands. You will be based at Amsterdam in the Netherlands as part of a Local Center of Expertise (LcoE) dedicated to recruitment for the Netherlands.

Talent Acquisition Partner

Key responsibilities

This is a high-level recruitment role in which you personally manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery of vacancies in the business, starting with the intake and and the initial screening and the first interview of short-listed candidates ending with the job offer.
 

You also act as the custodian of specific targeted areas and proactively build talent pipelines through the use of e-recruitment (ATS) and social media platforms such as Linkedin.
By collecting information from other Talent Acquisition Partners you form a coherent big picture of labour market trends in the local market.
 

You are also responsible for collecting and monitoring recruitment analytics including KPIs and SLAs to provide timely and accurate reports to the LCoE Talent acquisition Manager, along with recommendations for improvement.
 

At all times you promote AkzoNobel's Employer Branding Proposition.
 

A further key task is to provides appropriate training and support to hiring managers, ensuring their ability to recruit in line with AkzoNobel processes, best practices and local law.
On an ongoing basis you proactively drive the efficiency of processes, and you assist the LCoE in rolling out global programs in the Netherlands.
 

As such, this is a role for a customer focused professional who can partner with business leaders whilst retaining the ability to ask challenging yet constructive questions.

What do you bring?

To apply for this position, you must possess all the following attributes:
• Educated bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, preferably in Management, HR or Psychology;
• A least five years experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, with at least three years of in-house recruitment experience;
• Knowledge of current local Employment Law relating to recruitment and selection;
• Experience of building talent pipelines,
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent written and spoken in Dutch and English
