Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job

  • Drive implementation of employer branding initiatives, campus and social media presence
  • Support Regional Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA to drive the right channel for sourcing, standardization of recruitment and selection processes, local legal compliance and reporting dashboards

The Regional Talent Acquisition Excellence Advisor EMEA is part of Regional Talent Acquisition team. This role reports to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA, who in turn reports to Regional HR Director EMEA. 


  • Support in setting channel, segment & sourcing strategy in region
  • Drive implementation of standard processes & tools and ensure local legal compliance 
  • Lead social media plan and campaigns across countries in the region
  • Support Regional TA Manager in TA transformation activities
  • Manage TA reporting and metrics, by supporting Regional TA Manager on initiatives like KPI reporting, dashboards, system improvements feedback, regional projects etc. 
  • Support TA teams with coordination of global initiatives related to campus engagement, University relations and job fairs

What do you bring? (Job requirements)

Essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and requested skills.

  • Bachelors/ Masters’ degree ideally in Business Administration, Psychology or HR
  • ~5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, preferably at a regional level
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding concepts, principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of employer branding on social media
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects that impacted more than one country
  • Track record in successful project management of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding programs
  • Good project management and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage and motivate internal stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written English language & presentation skill.
