We're committed to building diverse, inclusive teams that reflect the customers and communities we serve.
About the Role
As a Project Officer, you'll provide essential support to project, programme and portfolio managers, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working across multiple initiatives, you'll coordinate project administration, monitor progress, produce insightful reporting and help embed project management best practices. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective communication, accurate reporting and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment, has a keen eye for detail and wants to contribute to high-impact business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Support project delivery: Coordinate with various project stakeholders to enable efficient delivery of projects.
• Monitor project performance: Track project progress against cost, quality and timeline objectives, identifying risks and supporting informed decision-making.
• Deliver meaningful reporting: Collect, analyse and consolidate project information to produce clear and timely status reports for project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project governance: Help maintain project documentation, reporting standards and governance processes to ensure consistency across programmes.
• Support portfolio management: Analyse portfolio performance, monitor project progress and communicate key updates, dependencies and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement: Contribute to the development of project management best practices, lessons learned and PMO process improvements.
Other Responsibilities
• Build effective working relationships with project teams and business stakeholders.
• Help maintain accurate project plans, schedules, risks, actions and reporting documentation.
• Support resource planning, budget tracking and change management activities.
• Contribute ideas that improve project management tools, processes and ways of working.
What We're Looking For
You don't have to tick every box — we value curiosity, collaboration and a proactive approach.
Ideal candidates will bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating projects within an international or multicultural environment.
• Experience in a Project Coordinator/Support or PMO role.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Portfolio Management.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach and confidence working independently while supporting a wider project team and senior management.
Desirable:
• Project Management training or certification (such as PME or equivalent).
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or programmes.
What Makes This Role a Great Opportunity
• Be part of projects that support strategic business transformation across a global organisation.
• Work alongside experienced project and programme managers in an international environment.
• Develop your project management, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Contribute to improving project governance, tools and best practices.
• Build a broad network across multiple business functions while developing your career within a leading multinational organisation.
