Job Purpose

In this role you will be part of the Dutch Payroll and Reporting team based in Amsterdam. The team’s responsibility is to process a solid payroll every month and provide key figures to all stakeholders within our organization. In order to do so, integrations need to be monitored, all processes need to be executed in an excellent way and data needs to be controlled properly. That’s where you step in.


Together with your direct colleague you will support the three Payroll colleagues in their work by providing them with relevant reports and analysis, ensuring the data between the different systems reconcile and has a good quality and monitor the data flowing into the payroll system via integrations with other systems. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the Workforce Admin and the Process and System colleagues in Warsaw to investigate and solve data quality issues.
  • Work closely with the Payroll team to support each other in reaching your goals.
  • Participate in projects with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvements.
  • Provide solid reports based on Payroll and other data sources to our stakeholder, both on regular base as ad hoc.
  • Support your manager and the Payroll Team Lead with meaningful preparing overviews and analysis 
  • Participate in automation projects.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or proven working and thinking level
  • Relevant working experience
  • Experienced in working with high volumes of data and keeping the analytical overview
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a must, knowledge of BI tools a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes is a plus
  • Experience in multinational and cross-cultural teams
  • Good verbal and written expression in both Dutch and English is a must
