Job Purpose

P2P Global Process Champion- Expenses

The Global Process Champion – Expenses is part of the Global Process Team for P2P which is responsible for the process design, deployment of processes through the organization, defining service placement, training, identification of digital opportunities for automation and standardization, driving standardizing of operating procedures and continuous process improvement to increase productivity, leading specific T&E, Pcard and CTA card tooling implementation projects. 

Key Responsibilities

Design of the global standard processes of Expenses (T&E, Pcard, CTA cards) end to end
Owner of the related tooling and systems (Concur, Citi Manager, etc.)
Developing and maintaining training and communication materials and delivering training and workshops
Develop and maintain (pre review changes to) standard operating procedures (SOP) 
Run fit-gap analysis and root cause analysis and maintain deviation log and action log
Drive process standardization and improvements 
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and culture
Coordinate the process changes and organizational change management in alignment with the systems
Deliver process automation in the appropriate areas
Drive Innovation / RPA / Technology
Lead transitions, define service placements and related changes
Liaise with the internal / external stakeholders 


 

What do you bring

Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Business Administration / Accounting / Controlling. 
More than 7 years in P2P operations and/or process design, Shared Services 
Specialized knowledge of P2P discipline, strategy and policies
Excellent understanding of P2P process design, ERP and related systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes
Experience project management and change management
Knowledge of P2P process design methodologies 
P2P Process redesign/modelling experience
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Able to think and work conceptually, while taking into account the details and impact of the processes on Operations. 
Able to work together with other Functions/Towers; has a good understanding of interfaces between own function and others in the end to end processes
Proficient in English language
Ability to prioritize and sensitive to deadlines 
Sensitive to a diverse and multi-cultural environment
15-20% International travelling is required
