Job Purpose

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to build and lead an HR reporting team while accelerating our data driven journey in HR?

We offer the role of Global HR Reporting Manager whereby you can build a growing HR reporting team that provides people insights to business leaders and HR to make better data-driven people decisions. You have the chance to make a step change in all aspects of HR reporting and build upon the foundation that has been created over the past years. 

You are part of the PeopleServices leadership team responsible for Service Delivery & Systems and you have 3 direct reports helping you deliver on the HR reporting agenda. 

This role will develop and executive the HR reporting strategy and roadmap and is responsible for managing the build out and continued maintenance of HR reporting and data visualization initiatives in SuccessFactors and Crunchr. The role ensures users understand the data architecture to ensure accurate and consistent global reporting. It also oversees continuous improvement projects to increase end user adoption of self-service reporting solutions. The reporting manager will also build and govern reporting guidelines, design processes and reporting standards. 

To succeed, this position fosters the development of a growing reporting team and demonstrates strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to deliver results through others. 

The role requires a deep understanding of global HR processes, HR data structures and data privacy requirements. 
 

Key responsibilities

  •      Develop and execute a multi-year HR reporting strategy/roadmap incl. plans for dashboards, creating insights, reporting capability building and standardizing processes
  •      Build and lead a growing global HR reporting team
  •      Provide technical leadership to the team and foster the growth of their skills and behaviors in line with the company values
  •      Proactively recommends and drives improvements and solutions to increase the adoption of self-service reporting capabilities and to improve the employee experience within         HR
  •      Serve as a HR reporting and dashboards subject matter expert and partner with HR CoEs, HR business partners, business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand         their reporting needs and advises on the best reporting solutions to meet those needs
  •      Coach HR stakeholders and business leaders on HR reporting tools and offerings within the organization
  •      Create guidelines and govern how HR data and reporting are managed within HR and across other functions
  •      Develop standard processes and checks to streamline HR data and reporting work requests and ensure adherence of those requests to the GDPR
     

What do you bring?

  •      10+ years of overall experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience providing human capital insights/reporting services at a large global organization
  •      MS/MBA degree in mathematical, business, I/O Psych, human resources, or related area
  •      Demonstrate curiosity and thought leadership to challenge and incorporate best practice and drive continuous improvement
  •      Experience designing end-user dashboards to uncover people insights and answer critical workforce questions
  •      High level of curiosity, asks questions and seeks to understand
  •      Communicate effectively across all levels for the organization
  •      Prioritize and manage multiple, and sometimes competing, projects and deadlines
  •      Able to work through complex issues and demonstrate mastery of the detail whilst holding the bigger picture
  •      Familiar with database and data warehouse concepts, with the ability to translate the needs of the business users
  •      Experience with the following technologies: SuccessFactors, Crunchr, Spotfire, BI or other data visualization tools
