Let's paint the picture of the role:

As a key member of the MMP team, you will:

•    Coordinate and support projects, processes, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of multiple programs and business initiatives, particularly in G2N.
•    Support project management activities including tooling, project plans, milestones tracking, and adherence to process standards.
•    Drive structured communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities and deliverables.
•    Influence project leads and stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
•    Prepare and coordinate MMP key meetings, steercos, and monthly performance cycles.
•    Act as Executive Assistant to the Director of Margin Management, protecting their time and focus through proactive calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.


Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery Excellence
•    Maintain and improve project management tools to ensure effective tracking and reporting of milestones and deliverables.
•    Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations.
•    Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks or delays, and propose mitigation actions.
•    Support consistent application and execution of process standards within MMP projects.
•    Drive structured communication plans, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
•    Lead by example in handling sensitive information with integrity and maintaining trust.

Continuous Improvement
•    Challenge existing work processes and propose solutions to enhance speed and execution efficiency.
•    Support functional teams in implementing strategic and operational plans.
•    Streamline workflows and adopt better techniques to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
•    Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively, enabling others to deliver results.

Customer Experience
•    Gather feedback from stakeholders on MMP tooling and processes to drive continuous improvement.
•    Collaborate effectively with external partners on joint projects.
•    Act as a dependable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.


What You Bring

•    5+ years of relevant experience in project management, pricing, sales, purchasing, IT, or commercial roles.
•    Experience in supporting projects with tooling, project planning, milestone tracking, and process governance.
•    A Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Project Management.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
•    Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders globally.
•    Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
•    Skilled in MS Office, PowerBI, SAP, and familiar with PM tools and frameworks.
•    Collaborative, result-driven, innovative mindset with attention to detail.
