In short (purpose of the job)

We are looking for a person with graduate at bachelor level or higher with an interest in all topics regarding SuccessFactors.

Services are: Employee Central, Onboarding, Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Reporting and interfaces.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver services on SuccessFactors Learning module together with senior system experts (60% of time): 
Take the lead in delivering services for the SuccessFactors LMS system: change management and system configuration with our 3rd party supplier. This covers the deployment of e-learnings (SCORM packages), troubleshooting, curricula management, setup of assignment profiles, external user- and site management and (internal) interfaces via integration center.
Another key responsibility is stakeholder management towards HR business, together with one of the senior system experts in the team.

Support senior system experts on other SuccessFactors modules (25% of time): 
Support and collaborate with other system experts on the delivery of the Successfactors system, including continuous improvement via the change management process and the yearly continues improvement. 
Stakeholders are HR operations teams and other HR professionals in the HR functions (like HR managers from countries & functions).
This also includes the related documentation, like in-application guidance tools (Whatfix), knowledge base articles (ServiceNow), process flows (Signavio)

System adoption, including mobile app & reporting (15% of time): 
The mobile application is an important tool in further adoption of the Successfactors platform. Especially for our employee base not connected to our company network, the aim is to get this target population enrolled on the mobile app on personal devices, for which campaigns, attractive communication and continuous training will be needed.

In summary, you will;

  • deliver the services for the SuccessFactors LMS module.
  • support the senior system experts in being a real partner for the stakeholders.
  • provide expertise to increase efficiency and improve quality by standardizing, optimizing and automating global HR processes.
  • drive the adoption and related communication of the SuccessFactors system, specifically of the mobile app (learn, time management & pay slips).
  • active contribution in delivery towards continues improvement projects and Support in training key-users and end-users.


What do you bring?

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2 years or more of experience in a customer focused, technical support-based role or an interest in HR processes in relation to HR-IT.
  • Basic knowledge on SuccessFactors LMS module, or other HR cloud suite solutions (Workday or Oracle HCM).
  • Pro-active and supportive, with good community building skills.
  • Excellent MS-office skills: Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentational skills, including a high standard of written and spoken English.
  • Presentation skills to organize and host system demos for end users.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adopt new technology from a background of HR processes supported by (new) systems.
