The purpose of the AkzoNobel digital customer experience team is to improve the customer experience at every digital touchpoint on the customer journey.
The team drives digital transformation in the countries to improve their marketing, sales and care operations. 
The team develops digital capabilities to effectively attract customers, provide them with relevant product information, and enable them to purchase and manage their orders. 
These capabilities are made available on websites and apps, on both owned and third-party platforms. 
This is achieved through continuous innovation of the digital experience, understanding our customers’ needs, and fulfilling these in a tailored and timely manner.

•    The expectation of the Domain Lead Digital Programs is to:
•    Manages the forward 12 month roadmap and communication to relevant stakeholders of progress. 
•    Oversight of purpose and status of projects in a program 
•    Protects the business case of projects and ensures program goals are met 
•    Provides decision making overarching project level 
•    Coaching to solve project issues 

Key Accountabilities


You are responsible for Standardized and aligned vertical programs (digital portfolio, the ‘how'), prioritization & resource planning, with desired level of quality & delivery within budget and resource restraints based on Program relevant information (organizational & external context, internal BU demand and standards), program content information - 100% 

Level of autonomy


•    You will have autonomy on Vision and requirements for the Digital Programs that you lead
•    Per working in a multi-national matrix organization, you are required to work within the constraints of:
· Laws and regulations (e.g. Works Council and Union agreements)
· Budget and resource (capacity decided by Digital Leadership Team)
· Organizational governance (e.g. Corporate Change programs are functionally owned elsewhere)
 

Job requirements


As individual in this position you:

-    Have  10+ years’ proven experience in digital transformational roles in multi-national organizations

-    Financial management skills

-    Are a pro-active self-starter, with strong focus on (internal and external) customers
-    Have proven working experience in a global matrix environment
