Purpose of the job

•    In charge of global digital communications and lead generation environment for Powder Coatings, its design, improvement, and connection, in order to support Marketing Communications activation globally
•    In charge of maximizing the digital content, impact and ROI of our brands' communication and digital lead generation efforts through our owned, earned and paid digital channels in close cooperation of the Marketing Communications specialists. Charged with bringing digital expertise to the table to form tactics supporting the strategies for our brands globally, but also for optimizing activation of our global segments towards dedicated target audiences based on commercial strategies
•    Leads and executes the delivery of content through the digital channels as defined in the integrated marketing communications plans in close cooperation with the Digital Marketing team. Leads education and activation of our internal audiences to share and engage with digital content
•    Sets, manages, measures KPIs in cooperation with the Marketing Communications team. 
•    Responsible to gather and analyze data and metrics to create monthly reporting on campaign results/progress against KPIs across global and regional markets. 
•    Makes recommendations on improving, adapting, and scaling and channel tactics across markets and segments to maximize business results and thus shapes the digital channel activation strategy and optimization for our brands globally, in close cooperation with our agencies. 
 

Key Responsibilities

•    Advises Marketing Communications Specialist on appropriate digital strategy and channels to deliver campaign objectives
•    Works with the marketing communication team to develop and maintain a digital content plan for the agreed campaigns, and ensures execution of this in conjunction with the Digital Marketing team creates, adapts and optimizes web communication for SEO and organic and keyword search
Develops and maintains social media profiles, guidelines and quality content on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn and applicable other SoMe channels, takes charge of community management
•    Advises marketing communication teams on SoMe and digital lead gen tactics and strategy and executes it. 
•    Takes charge of tracking and reporting of digital channels for the integrated marketing communications campaigns (website/SoME/apps/digital lead gen/ nurture emailing) 
•    Email campaign development, implementation and generation of success related KPIs
•    Maintains and updates product and other marketing related content across all channels (internal and sales apps, websites), acts as quality guardian of all digital channels
•    Works with marketing communication specialist to track and report relevant KPIs; to ensure and grow the return on investment of digital activity, define , share and implement best practices
•    Builds expertise in brand and B2B digital marketing communication tactics by looking at competitor and out of category landscape and reviewing effectiveness of own activity  to stay ahead of the curve
•    Implements standard work processes and shared tools and assists the organization to build, share and implement best practices
•    Possibility/Option to also take charge of leading digital campaigns

What do you bring

•    Bachelor discipline in Business/Marketing/Communication/Digital / Business
•    Good understanding and/or keen interest in Communications and content, and how to get the maximum out of great content via digital channels
•    Analytical mindset, able to translate into easy-to-understand reporting and improvement recommendations
•    Experience:  a minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in digital campaigns tactics development and execution
•    Experience in digital lead generation and E-Commerce a plus, keen interest to learn a must
•    Experience with website optimization and usability, including ensuring smooth customer journeys across digital channels  and experience in setting and tracking KPIs and taking relevant action to optimise digital activity
