In short

In this role you support the Global Benefits and Pensions Function in administrating, identifying, and implementing the Global Centre of Excellence strategy, philosophy, policy principles and frameworks for the company’s (insured and non-insured) employment benefits, ensuring that local arrangements are fit for purpose, costs effective and well-governed (both from a local as well as a global perspective).

Key responsibilities

As the Benefits Analyst you:

• Are responsible for administration and analysis of insured and non-insured programs such as pension schemes, medical, life, disability insured benefits, wellbeing budgets, time-off, meal vouchers, non-monetary incentives and the company car program.  Ensuring that they are aligned to the Global Centre of Excellence strategy and priorities.

• Support the Global Benefits Manager in examining how the future of work could shape how the company approaches benefits and contribute to the development of the Fit-For-Future rewards strategy.

• Assist and support the Global Head of Pensions in projects, design and governance of pension schemes to stay compliant with applicable regulations and support the needs of the Company.

• Engage and provide benefits guidance to regional and local stakeholders, including support to Regional Rewards Managers in the implementation of key projects led by the Global Benefits Manager and/or the Global Head of Pensions.

• Partner with the Global Benefits Manager and regional HR teams in ongoing management and updates of the global benefits inventory. Conduct, statistical analysis, data modelling and cost analysis.

• Prepare Benefit communication materials for both employees and stakeholders.

• Support and contribute to the relationship with global benefits and pension providers and other key third parties to ensure the services received are effective and fit for purpose. Assist in benchmark surveys participation, project managing submissions, providing analysis of survey results and insights/recommendations.

• Provide analysis and advice on benefits packages for employees in line with the Rewards framework. This is particularly important for any changes that affect employees who are covered by collective labor agreements.

• Be the focal point for Rewards team in terms of the archiving system and take responsibility for maintaining key documentation (e.g. policies, employee files) including collaboration with People Services via SuccessFactors.

• Provide project support to the Head of Global Benefits and Head of Global Pensions on M&A activities through benefits harmonization administration, analysis and recommendations.

• Develop collaborative stakeholder relationships across the businesses, ensuring the Global Benefits Centre of Excellence has impact and influence.

 

What do you bring?

 

• A relevant university education and 2+ years in reward/benefits/pensions management within a large international company or consulting organization.
• Highly developed numerical and analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent in English; addition language highly desirable.
• Strong set of project management skills
• Experience with agile working / change management
• Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple competing and time-sensitive priorities;
• Experience with stakeholder management and focus on solving the internal customer problems.
• Creative thinking and eager to learn.
• Being able to bring message across in simple but accurate way to all levels in organization.
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player in a highly collaborative environment.
• Effectively manage confidential data, and professional work with colleagues in establishing and adhering to data governance standards.
• Experience with SuccessFactors a plus.
