Purpose of the job

The Agile & Project support is a trainee level position within the Agile, Digital and IM Excellence team.

You will be working on different projects that will enable the success of the team. The diversity of the projects will provide you the opportunity to learn from different areas: agile project implementation, digital experimentation, continuous improvement and operating models.

It is essential that you bring the passion, drive and energy needed to support and eventually lead some of these game changing initiatives.

The team is evolving and gaining more traction within the company, so this is a great opportunity to join and learn together with a group of seasoned experts in these areas.



Key responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and program implementation of the Agile Academy, CI and IM key competencies development.
  • Support and eventually lead the development of projects that will accelerate the agile value delivery or generate continuous improvements in the company.
  • Support the design of the IM Integrated performance management framework.
  • Support the re-design of the operating model to a more agile one.
  • Lead the communities within the company to gain more traction and generate ambassadorship for the team initiatives.
  • Support the creation and tracking of the team portfolio and reporting.
  • Manage the development of the team communications plan and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

What do you bring?

  • Masters degree or comparable in business, innovation or digital
  • Fluent in (Business) English
  • Living in The Netherlands
  • Familiarity with these approaches: Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, CI
  • Experience with project management tools and approaches
