We are now recruiting a debt collection specialist who can improve cash-flow, facilitate sales growth, diminish days of arrear and minimise bad debts.

 

Join us and you will be a valued business partner focused on supporting our growth ambitions by providing solid collections management. Responsible for a portfolio of accounts, we will look to you to effectively prioritise the debt collection by ensuring timely and professional gathering of aged overdue balances following a collection plan. You will also flag disputes on our system, maintain customer data, update stakeholders and provide consistent and qualitative information on overdue balances and other issues impacting collection efficiency. You will initiate legal action against non-payers if needed too.

 

Of graduate calibre, you will have extensive experience gained within in a busy finance department in a collection’s role. You will enjoy working collaboratively in a matrix organisation and be committed to best practice. Comfortable overseeing finance systems you will be used planning your day, setting priorities and working independently.

 

You will also possess excellent communication, networking and presentation skills. Full order to cash end to end process knowledge and experience would be desirable in this role.
