Job Purpose 
In this high profile senior level role, you will develop and implement the commercial strategy for our network of Dulux Decorator Centre stores.  We will look to you to take responsibility for delivering volume, market share, and profitability. Overseeing multiple key functions including Marketing, Pricing, Category Management, Digital and Estates and Development, you will ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals as well as inspire cross functional teams, optimise pricing strategies and champion innovative approaches to guarantee sustainable growth in an increasingly digital and competitive market.

Job Responsibilities 
•    Identify opportunities for growth across traditional & digital channels.
•    Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure commercial plans align with overall business objectives.
•    Oversee marketing & digital teams to develop & implement marketing/promotional campaigns.
•    Drive customer engagement strategies across different segments & ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
•    Deliver e-commerce growth & enhance the company’s online presence. 
•    Motivate & inspire cross functional teams to deliver against departmental KPI’s 
•    Set clear, measurable objectives for team members & hold them accountable for delivery.
•    Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Job Requirements 
•    Able to create & deliver commercial plans which drive against KPI’s.
•    Customer insight & proposition development experience gained within a retail or FMCG environment.
•    Demonstrable experience of strategic development & activation
•    A record of leading & developing high performing teams.
•    Understands the needs of internal/external customers & the importance of keeping customers at the forefront of all thinking.
