Responsabilidades

• Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das informações no Fechamento Contábil MensalRotinas: Folha de Pagamento, Intercompanhia, Bancos, Clientes, Fornecedores, Provisões, Custos, entre outros;
• Realizar os lançamentos contábeis manuais necessários para as atividades sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo documentação de apoio correta e fluxo de aprovação;
• Preparar conciliações e análises de contas patrimoniais de risco médio de acordo com a frequência e prazos definidos na política interna;
• Apoiar a revisão dos fluxos contábeis para garantir o registro adequado nos livros, bem como apoiar na identificação e definição de controles documentais para fins de conciliação;
• Participar de Auditorias Internas e Externas;
• Garantir conformidade com as Normas Internacionais de Relatórios Financeiros (IFRS) e políticas contábeis internas da empresa;
• Apoiar na identificação de erros e implementação de melhorias contínuas de processos, contribuindo para a qualidade, eficiência, controle, conformidade e aderência as melhorias que contribuem para a qualidade, eficiência, controle, conformidade e adesão aos padrões e procedimentos globais da empresa.
